    King Wolfgang rose to power after uniting the Belgae of Westfallen and Terveri of Holstein and Niedersachsen. Unlike those who ruled before him, Wolfgang led by example. He was the first into battle and the last to retreat. As he grew older, however, his son Hank began to fulfill his role as heir to his tribe.

    In accordance with the wishes of King Wolfgang, his son Hank shall take command of the armies of Saxony and is given personal charge of the 1st Axemen, 1st Spearmen, 1st Archers, and 1st Wolf. His chief advisor Otto is handed formal governorship of all of Saxony, save the capital itself, which Wolfgang himself shall oversee. His advisor Erwin is given charge over the 1st Warriors, 2nd Axemen, 3rd Spearmen, and 1st Cavalry. His advisor Johannes is given charge over the 2nd Warriors, 3rd Axemen, 2nd Spearmen, and 2nd Cavalry. His advisor Eugen is given charge over the 1st Navy and 2nd Navy.

    By decree of Otto with the blessing of King Wolfgang, tents shall be built in Bremen, a wharf in Hamburg, and a training field in Berlin. The tents shall take four days to complete, and the wharf and training field shall take five days to complete.
